Return Policy

In the event that you have received a product that is different from the one you ordered or is damaged upon receipt, requests for returns should be within 5 days of your receipt of the order..

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused, unopened, and kept at a suitable temperature in it's original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@dovember.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*Please take a picture of the damaged box/product received from the shipping company before opening it, we may not be able to verify/accept your request without providing us with a proof of defect

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

If the customer requests to leave the shipment at the door, they are not entitled to claim compensation.

Exchanges

Unless you have received the wrong item, we unfortunately do not offer exchanges for perishable goods such as food.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions

If the courier fails to deliver you your item due to providing us with incorrect/incomplete contact information, we will not be liable for the losses incurred and refunds will not be issued for those cases
